We at SkyTel OU strive to provide our customers with quality communication services and high levels of support. Understanding that plans may change in some instances, we offer the following cancellation policy for your convenience:
- Cancellation of Service:
- Customers can request cancellation of any provided communication service at any time.
- To cancel a service, please contact our customer service department by phone or email.
- Cancellation Deadlines:
- Full cancellation of a service without penalties is available provided that the cancellation request is received no later than 30 before the end date of the service provision.
- Cancellation of a service after the specified deadline may involve penalties or other restrictions according to the contract or tariff plan.
- Exceptions:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues or emergencies that may affect service provision, the company may consider a cancellation request without imposing penalties.
- Requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy will be considered on an individual basis by the company.
