Here is background information, links and contacts for SkyTel OU's cell phone customers

The connected SIM card (SIM or eSIM) can be of two types: for data only or for data and voice calls.
The card type cannot be changed once connected.

SkyTel is a global carrier, which means that your SIM card will work in any country, you do not need to buy a new SIM card for each country, just select the appropriate offer for a specific country or region (e.g. EU).

Internet SIM card allows you to use high-speed Internet access in any country for which you have connected the appropriate offer.

The voice SIM card is allocated an MSISDN number from the Estonian mobile numbering plan. This will be the main number of your voice SIM card.
Restrictions: SMS function is currently disabled.
Note: Number confirmation in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber) is possible via call.
Voice SIM card can be used only for Internet (if you have selected an offer without voice calls), only for voice calls (e.g. if you have selected a package without Internet).
We have one of the lowest cost of calls while maintaining the highest quality. Also our voice SIM card uses a unique algorithm for calculating the cost of a call, namely automatically selects the local tariff for calls to a particular country, if in addition to the local number is connected to the number of the country.

On our voice cards you can also enable the option of short numbering with numbers 2XX...9XX for calls within a group (tariffication is the same as when calling to a full phone number).
As well as two-digit XX speed dial numbers.

The 1XX numbers are technical numbers:

• 102 - balance of your personal account
• 111 - call to technical support (the same as a call to +3723335510).
