Blocking of Spain origin calls into Spain (coming from International Gateway)

Dear Customer,

Please be advised that, effective June 7, 2025, Spain will implement strict regulations on international voice traffic terminating in Spain (+34) that presents a Spanish A-Number (Calling Line Identification / CLI).

Under the new rules:

• Only mobile international roaming traffic will be allowed to use a Spanish A-Number as the CLI for calls terminating in Spain.
• The use of Spanish mobile numbers as CLI for non-mobile or fixed traffic (e.g., VoIP or contact center traffic) will be strictly prohibited.
